About the event
Flutist James Strauss and soprano Inês Simões met in 2022 for the POEMA project: first in a concert for the Vienna Peace Federation followed by the digital release for Universal Music Group, highlighting works from the last 100 years for this unusual pairing.
They now perform excerpts from their POEMA album as well as an arrangement of Beethoven's Portuguese Somg "Seus Lindos Olhos" for voice, flute and orchestra.
